We wanted to show a recent home where our client wanted to remove the worn out and tired carpet and upgrade to her favorite Hickory hardwood flooring in Encinitas California 92024.
She did not want to have the entire staircase done, opting to complete just the bottom few steps which transformed them from drab carpet to making a dramatic statement in the entry.
We recommended changing out the mantle to add a little more pop to the simple white painted version the builder had installed.
